Best balconies for relaxing while up at the room, but the beach is where you will be for the majority of your day! Nice family friendly condo and management makes the reservation a smooth process and any needs that arise are promptly resolved. Still a little cold for April but we had 4 beach days!

Extremely pleased with our beautiful stay on the beach! Thoughtfully thought out design and quality furnishings. Condo was so clean and comfortable as well! The beach views don’t get any better! The only downside to our trip was the weather not cooperating, but this “home away from home” was excellent! 100% recommend for a visit to Destin!

Beautiful condo, great customer service and when I say great I should say the “best”! We have been visiting the coast for over 16 years and sometimes multiple times a year. We have decided we will rent through “Your assistant at the beach” for talk our rental needs going forward.

The unit is absolutely beautiful and has a personal touch that sets it apart. It feels like home not just a rental.

Overall our vacation experience was great visiting with family. The condo is beachfront and convenient. However one of the elevators was inoperable for several days causing difficulty for the whole building. Guests complained about it. Also the building needs cleaning in general.

We stay at Breakers East every year! The beach is never crowded like some resorts and the staff here is hard to beat. This room had comfy beds and an ice machine which was a plus!

We loved everything about our stay at Breakers East. This wasn’t our first time there and won’t be our last. It is perfect for our family.

The condo is a large unit with plenty of room. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils.
Plenty of towels and beach towels.
The balcony is large and the views are awesome.
The resort has no hot tub and charcoal grills.
Overall a great place to stay.

We loved our weekend getaway at this condo! Everything was styled perfectly and all the furniture was super comfortable! Close to everything you need as well. Going to add this one to our favorites list.

The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were amazing!!!! If at all possible we will request this condo again.

This was our 3rd stay at Breakers East 901. After having that unit the first year we specifically booked it the next too years. We like the location of 901 and it is decorated so pretty. We are already looking for a new place for next year bc of the negatives. This was the 2nd year in a row that the floor turned our feet black (at least those that were not scared to not wear shoes at all times). After last year my feet did not touch the floors. Last year we bought a mop and clorox floor wipes and it took 5 rounds of mopping to make it acceptable. We requested with AATB the week before we arrived to please be sure our floors were clean. The response was well there is just going to be sand in the floors bc of the beach.LOL Sand wasn't the issue and we have stayed on Destin beach for 32 years now and this is the only place this happens. Worse, the elevators were broken the entire 7 days. Only 1 elevator worked so the wait time was unreal every single time up or down. Every guests was so frustrated. The day we arrived a guest said they were broke and a guy had been there the day before working on it but they still were not working the morning we left. That said, we love the overall experience at Breakers East. We will try to find a new place but would go back to B.E. if we don't find a place we feel better about.

Family of five stay for a week. Perfect fit for our desire to just hang out beach/pool side. Helpful beach service and great response time from property management. Also helpful with a light request needed.

Beautiful condo. Comfortable, quiet, clean with a stunning view. Had everything we needed. The carts were very helpful for the luggage. Location was also ideal for us.

This is condo has great views!! It appeared to be pretty clean. The management is wonderful! If you need anything at all, the get right on it! They are the best! Our only complaint is the mattresses have no support! So if you need a firmer mattress, this is not the condo for you. Hopefully the owner will replace in the near future!!!!

We have stayed at Breakers East for over 15 years and find this condo to be one of our favorites. The furniture is very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The patio is where I spend lots of time and their outdoor furniture choice is wonderful.

We had the best vacation at Breakers East #901. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view on the huge balcony was the best part. Close to plenty of restaurants and activities. Will be back.

Waking up every day to sit on the balcony and watch the waves was enough to make the stay worth it but, then add in sitting on the beach and watching the sunset.
The room was immaculate and had everything you needed to enjoy the stay. There were even books and board games to pass the time when the weather didn’t cooperate.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely loved this unit. 10/10 would recommend. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. The stand alone ice maker was AWESOME to have. The unit was beautiful and clean when we got there. The view from the huge balcony was beautiful. The location of the unit was right in the middle of everything we wanted as well. This was a girls trip but we will be coming back here even as a family.

Overall, the experience was very positive. We had to cut our vacation short last year and we were able to finish our trip this year. Really appreciate the flexibility and owner had allowing our return. We still had to limit our activities due to Covid Pandemic, but we had a great time none the less.

We plan on returning in 2022.

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed waking up in the morning, drinking our coffee on the balcony and watching all the dolphins. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need.

The condo was a great corner unit with a large balcony and windows on the side to view the whole blue/green coastline. Online description was accurate and we loved the décor. Easy access to restaurants and stores. You have to eat at Boshamps and The Back Porch both the views and food were great.

The experience was great. The communication with the rental management was excellent. The property was clean and exactly as described. It was a great location on a nice clean beach and tons of great food in the area. I’ll do it again!!

Very nice.. Loved it was an end unit. Loved the beach decor and that it faced the beach.. Very nice sized condo. While it did meet our expectations, we did notice most all the ceilings were half painted. Perhaps they were in the middle of changing the color

This was a perfect location for our needs of Sand, sun and relaxation. The balcony received plenty of use as did the beach. Many sunrise walks on the beach. The description of the property was right on and it was very clean. We had no problems with any appliances and all was exactly plus some as stated. Would recommend this to anyone needing R&R.

This end unit has plenty of light (unlike many typical high rise condo units) and is well appointed... and the list of positives are plentiful, not to mention the excellent location and very clean and well maintained complex, etc... the negatives include: aging / broken down furniture (couch, loveseat and rocking chair), dish-ware and some some appliances are old and cheap... with a few thousand in upgrades and details, this place would be a solid 9 for the money!

We stayed here for a week in Aug. Condo had everything we needed inside and out! Loved everything about it especially the locked the gate entrance. The only negative thing I can say about it is the bathroom and floors could’ve been a little cleaner. But we would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

We love Breakers East for so many reasons! 901 is a beautiful room. The only problem are the mattresses in this room. The queen mattresses in the 2nd bedroom had no support and caved in the middle. The master bedroom mattress was not as uncomfortable but did have some caving in the middle. The area rugs in the kitchen, bedroom and, bathroom didn’t seem like they were cleaned often or at all. Other than that we had another wonderful vacation and we are looking forward to next summer!

This unit was beautifully decorated, had plenty of linens, bathroom lights were bright, kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/utensils/cookware...really just perfect!

Our condo, #901 was beautiful and convenient to the beach, which is what we required - a short walk to the white sands and easy to get to and from our room.

Our experience was one of the best we’ve ever had. From booking to checkout everything was handled quickly and professionally. We were able to access the unit immediately on arrival, and the unit was amazing. Plenty of space, and the corner unit offered amazing views of the Gulf, including sunrise and sunset.

We have visited the panhandle for well over 50 years and the growth is amazing! As the children grew up and flew we found the week after the busy holidays a perfect relaxing getaway. This condo has the most well stocked kitchen ever. You could easily entertain a large crowd. The furnishings both inside and on the balcony were pretty and comfortable. We have stayed in many other Breakers East condos and found this condo in our top three. The master bathrooms in other units we have stayed in had large walk in showers and double sinks which I prefer but that is the only negative point. Dealing with Carolyn is always a total pleasure. You will love this place!

Amazing experience. The rental unit was excellent. Clean and gave the best beach experience you could ask for. From utensils down to decor everything was wonderful. Already recommended to friends and have 2 people wanting to rent the property in the near future. Loved it!!

The condo was clean and beautiful! The location was great. We loved seeing the sunrise from the bed in master suite. It was also nice to be able to look out at the ocean while doing the dishes. The pool was great (and heated!) and the beach was just a short walk away. Altogether, a great place to stay!

Everyone in management was extremely friendly and helpful, including the office staff, maintenance and housekeeping. Our condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The furnishings were updated and stylish and we loved our long balcony facing the beach and gulf!!!
