“Beautiful view of the ocean” is the greatest compliment I can give to unit 1002. The condo sleeps 10 but seats only 5 if you watch TV. The pool was not heated and the balcony needed upgraded furniture. “Your Assistant at the Beach”is the manager of the unit and were terrific people to work with but they can only do so much.

Great location! Close to boardwalk and Starbucks across the street. Only downside was one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes each time. Other than that, it was perfect!

This was our 5th consecutive year renting a condo at Breakers East. Always a great experience, this unit was very nicely remodeled and worked perfectly for our family. The only thing I would recommend is they consider different furniture for the balcony. A high top table on the 10th floor isn’t ideal.

This is our second time staying at Breakers East in this condo and we love it. The beds are comfortable. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean is amazing. My family will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed here for a week with my 20yo daughter and 14yo son. We had a great time. Lucky for us the weather was perfect each day. Our condo was perfect, updated, beautifully decorated and super clean. There was not one thing I didn't like about this place! This is our second time vacationing at breakers east...first time for this unit. We will definitely be coming back!

What a great condo with easy beach access, very comfortable, and nicely decorated! The towels, washcloths, etc that were provided were plenty for 8 of us. The washer and dryer were wonderful and easy to use. Nice large refrigerator and freezer; ice maker didn't make a lot of ice but we had freezer packs. Beds were very comfy! Only real downside was the slow, stuffy elevators. Highly recommend this condo; would stay here again!

It was a memorable 10 days, over 90 family members and friends in attendance. Have been going every year since it was built. This remodeled 3 bedroom was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped! Already booked for next year!

I would say overall this rental was amazing, but with everything there were downfalls. I would 100% rent again, even with a few hiccups along the way. We rented with 2 families with small children and 1 set of grandparents. We paid for early check in, although they called and said it wasn’t ready when we were 20 minutes away. That wasn’t fun with 2 toddlers missing nap time. They were great about it, refunded me entirely and still made it available within an hour and a half. When you get into the condo you will be blown away by the view, the cleanliness, the large size of the rooms, the comfy beds and the updated amenities. It really is stunning. We were given a packet prior to arrival via email stating what would and would not be there. Even so, we were disappointed with the lack of toiletries given, even with 3 families staying there. We had to go out and buy more paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and Kleenexes. That seemed cheap to us since the condo was high priced. It still didn’t damper our overall vacation though. No beach towels included but an unreal amount of bath towels which is unusual for places! The ice machine is slow and maintenance had to fix it so we didn’t get much use out of that. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need. We had a few issues with the elevators in the condo while there (just slow and had to wait a while for one to be available most times). The beach is private and gorgeous. They even have some toys available downstairs to borrow for kids. Getting the chairs and umbrella was easy, although I wish small tents were allowed for the little ones to be more shaded. We even rented 2 more chairs and 1 umbrella for a reasonable fair daily. The surrounding area is great but next time we will be renting a car. Taxi/Uber/Lyft were readily available but most of the really fun things and best restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Crossing the road takes a while. Overall great stay!

We absolutely loved our first stay in Destin! The condo was beautiful decorated and very clean. There were plenty of towels, linens, dishes and cookware. We stayed with another family. 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room. There were even some games the kids enjoyed playing. We saw dolphins several times from the balcony. The beach was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Very quiet and family friendly area. We will definitely be back!

This location is perfect. We walked to everything we needed and scheduled ride share for anything else we wanted to do outside of that. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There were plenty of starter supplies. Access codes to the room, the beach, and pedestrian gate traffic to the street were all provided and easy to use. Washer and dryer in unit. I definitely recommend staying here!

This property was great! Recently remodeled and nice. Very clean and everything we needed. We had one small issue and management took care of it right away. The views from the balcony were fantastic! We saw so many sea animals right from the balcony. It was amazing! Nice clean beaches as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Also would recommend Mcguire’s Irish Pub for dining.

This 3-bedroom condo was perfect! Plenty of space for our family. 3 Big, nice sized bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms. Loved the kitchen/den area! Open floor plan, large island, beautiful decorations!

This was a LOVELY stay in a gorgeous newly renovated condo. However, it was missing some important small things that would have made our stay more enjoyable, namely dishwasher soap, trash cans in the bathrooms, and a hairdryer. These were all posted that they would be provided but were not. We will definitely consider staying again, though! it was a great time and everything else was wonderful.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here! We love it and everyone is so responsive and take great care of us while we are there. If we need something they are super quick to respond! A great place to stay!

This condo is located in a great location and it has a nice spacious balcony. The only complaint I would have was that it hasn't been renovated in a very long time but other than that we had a great stay.

Our rental was exactly as promised. It had everything we needed. It was actually very large for a two bedroom. We were very pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay there again.

I usually don't give reviews. However,the decision to settle on this property for our vacation was just perfect. Its right on the beach, Rooms were very clean and spacious. The unit has a Large balcony that overlooks the ocean. Its truly an extended home and much more because everything we needed was there. In addition, the view of the ocean from the masters bedroom as well as the living room; PRICELESS! The property manager was very nice, On our first day when we called her in the middle of the night to verify our access code, she picked up and provided assistance immediately. We will return.

Our trip was great! Never have been to Destin in Oct. The condo was clean and the view from the living room and master are breathtaking!!! So much room in the condo! The kitchen has the basics. The living room TV needs updating or repairs. Clock doesn't work in kitchen. Elevators work fast to get you up and down to beach. The condo is in need of some decor updates. (wallpaper, new seating, etc) But was great for our needs.

This property was well maintained and very spacious. We lacked for nothing but more time in the sun. We were surprised by someone inspecting the sprinkler system. The staff responded in minutes to our inquiry about this event and ensured us this was a scheduled event.

If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it! It was bigger than expected. The view is amazing!! Very clean and quiet too. Would definitely stay at this property again!

The location and amenities are ideal! Parking and beach convenience could not have been better! The complex isn’t huge so beach space wasn’t an issue nor was waiting on elevator. Great to go out every day and beach service already had our space reserved with chairs and umbrella.

The unit we had was clean and in a great location. We had to drive to food places but we didn't mind. We loved the view we had and would definitely stay at this place again. The staff was very nice. We showed up early, fully expecting to wait until our check in time, but they got us in our place right away. It was overall a great experience.

Condo was clean and stocked. Had carpet which i loved... Felt like home. Easy to book. Will definitely book again!

Our location and the beach was amazing. The ease of booking and friendly staff was wonderful. The condo was clean. The overall age of the condo was another thing though. After seeing all of my friend's beautifully renovated condos only paying $100 less did not seem real appropriate. The stove was very difficult to cook on because of it's age and condition.

We usually stay in another unit for a week in the summer. We came down for the weekend so it wasn’t too bad. However, I would be really upset if i paid the same thing for this condo that I do for the other unit we stay in. The condo buidiling itself is d but we love it but the elevator was down one and that’ was frustrating. Of course, Carolyn was as nice as always.

Loved the condo, it had amazing views and A LOT of room to relax and enjoy. The restrooms wallpaper was peeling off, a good paint job will easily improve the look of the restrooms. The 2nd restroom (not the master) was too dark when you took a shower so the doors would have to remain open in order to get some light into the shower. But besides the small cosmetics it was a really great condo perfect for vacation. Will definitely be back.
