Super clean and well maintained corner unit. We were pleasantly surprised the condo was just as described and pictured. Great location on the beach. Our first time to Destin and this was a perfect choice. Condo building is just the right size with only 60 units, the beach and pool were not crowded, this was a plus. Grounds also well maintained.

Breakers East is located on the beach with an easy East/West access on Hwy 98. Loved the outdoor amenities and everything has been kept up very nicely. The unit blew me away with the space, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances were well maintained. Each room is very spacious—easily the best condo experience I have ever had in Destin. Planning my next trip!

Condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was close to restaurants, groceries and attractions. Also great to have a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Overall our experience was outstanding. The ONLY complaint we have is that there was a dog barking for hours one morning above our room. We were on the 8th floor...the dog was on the 9th. Beautiful property overall.

This is our third time staying here, and it did not disappoint. There have been some upgrades to furniture which we loved! The view was great and exactly what we needed. It is right on the beach.

The unit is spacious and well designed. The end unit view is special. It adds light and wonderful views. It was great for our family of four. The pool was actually warm and well maintained. Only issue was balcony tiles needed some repair, but view and included beach service were wonderful.

We have stayed at Breakers East many times, and we always find it a relaxing place to settle in and enjoy the beach, the ocean and the overall ambience of Destin.

This unit is beautiful, lovely furniture and best of all really good lighting for those who like to read and do crossword puzzles. Comfy beds. Great shower. We have signed up to stay here again next year.
I have several suggestions for the new owners. The microwave is rusty inside and should be replaced. The toaster oven did not work so we used the less easy toaster. I would say someone should go through the stuff in the kitchen and discard and replenish. It also needs some dishrags.
The broken tiles on the balcony are a real hazard to cause tripping and should be fixed before someone falls.
My last suggestion is for the owners to remove their stuff from the master bedroom closet. Although we managed with the hanging rack in the bedroom, we missed the use of the closet.
I understand that these are new owners - they have a beautiful place and could make it much more comfortable for the next guests.

Breakers East and Your Assistant at the Beach are the BEST!

We stayed there for three nights and this was probably one of the best condos on that building. Stunning ocean view from Master bedroom, living room and patio. This home is equipped with almost all the necessities you need in a home so you will have feeling of living in your home. We are 100% satisfied with our stay.

My wife and I spent our Christmas break here and what a refreshing place to be. We were here the week of Thanksgiving as well. I love Breakers because all of the units are beach front. It’s very conveniently located to everything you need. We absolutely love it. Would love to purchase one in Breakers East.

We love Breakers! We’ve been coming about 10 years. Very family oriented and great. We had the best weather and water. Only negative is the elevators. At least one of them quits working every year we come. Other than that we love it and plan to go every year!!

I have been staying at Breakers East for somewhere around 35 years and have always been pleased with the comfort and cleanness of the facility. I have been talking to Caroline for years but have never had a face to put with her voice. .

The condo was nice. Description/pictures were accurate. There were a few safety things with small children, broken tiles on balcony & electrical cords easily accessible. Also, only 1 elevator worked which made wait times long and too difficult to take a wagon full of items for kids down 8 flights of stairs.

The condo was very clean and exactly as stated. The location was great. The view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely recommend this condo. I do plan to stay here again.

We had a great time at the beach. Weather was great and good was great.
Unit we stayed in was fair. Furniture in living room and bedroom carpets were below par. If they are not going to upkeep the unit they should reduce the rental price.
We will never stay in this unit again. Other than that we do love Breakers East but not this unit.

We usually stay on the 6th floor but decided to try something different. I’m not mad that we did as always great location also Saul an staff are the very best people I have ever dealt with. I just felt like as much as we paid an everyone pays to stay there it should have updated furniture the couches an carpet were stained up. Nothin out on balcony to hang towels an life jackets on the tile on the balcony is cracked an looks bad. I kno these are minor things to some but I just feel like I didn’t get enough bang for my bucks in this room. We will probably try a new room next year. Don’t get me wrong the room served it’s purpose we had a really good time.

Your assistant at the beach was amazing, they went above and beyond for our stay. We ended up adding a day at the beginning and end of our stay. They were so accommodating. We will stay again. Unit was super clean, pool area was very well maintained. Great area. Gated for security.

A 5 star booking. This condo was absolutely beautiful and location was magnificent. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and deck view were a couple of the highlights for us. This condo literally has everything that you would need for a dream vacation. The host Carolyn was beyond attentive and accommodating from the day of booking to our departure. There was an item missing from the listing and the very next day we had it. She should get a review and I definitely give her 5 stars. This condo is listed as one of our favorites and we will be returning.

For over 20 years we have visited Breakers East biannually. The size of the condos are larger than average and the location great. This particular condo was very nice but the living room furniture needs updating. The patio furniture is very comfortable which is important to me since I love sitting outside enjoying the view and dolphins. Carolyn and her team are always wonderful addressing any needs that may arise.

When we vacation in Destin, Breakers East is our first choice. This condo had everything you need for a beautiful stay. Already booked for next time.

Easy to find, great location and entering the property was not a problem.
Property is a bit tired and dated, but was OK for a week.
Views were great over the beach.
Cooker extractor hood needs a good clean, but in general the property was well presented

This is our 3rd trip to this location, the staff is communicative and so very responsive to needs. The unit was beautiful and clean. Everything you could need in provided!! Beach staff is excellent and extremely helpful!! I will continue to stay here and use this company!!

This was our first time staying in this condo. The last time was in November a few years ago and this time was in July. Love the condo layout. The kitchen cabinets are getting a little worn down but otherwise everything was in great shape. The elevators get a little crowded and are slow. Rt 98 is super busy in the summer and it is not easy getting around due to the saturation of traffic. I will probably only come back in off season.

The condo at The Breakers East was very nice. It was clean and was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need.

Breakers East is one of the smaller condo buildings which means the beach is way less crowded and there is lots of room for track ball and other games on the beach. The included beach chair and umbrella set up was awesome! We walked down the beach to The Back Porch for lunch a couple times, a restaurant right on the beach with great service, food and views.
801 is an end unit so it has bonus East facing windows. Cute decor. Stocked kitchen, loved the washer/dryer in the unit. Carolyn was very responsive when we had questions. Our teens loved the heated pool. Very easy checkin/out, great location in Destin

First time staying in a place other than a hotel on vacation. Was slightly worried but once we opened the door we were so pleasantly surprised. The place was nice and cleaned and had everything we needed. PERFECT spot, right on the beach!

Have vacationed in Destin for several years and for 11 or 12 years have stayed in the Breakers East complex with Carolyn/Your Assistant at The Beach as my go to person. BE 801 is now my favorite unit! Love the end unit views! condo is very tastefully decorated and kitchen is well stocked. The pictures of the unit and the complex on the web page are spot on. Will return to Breakers East and go through Your Assistant at The Beach for future visits to Destin.

Breakers East offered all that and more. The room was very well kept and clean. Couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Our family spent the week at Breakers East in unit #801. The unit was very well equipped. The furniture is like new and the beds were very comfortable. No question about it we would book #801 again. Breakers East is my choice because it is a smaller complex and is more relaxing and more family oriented.

I have used Breakers East for the last 25 or more years. Carolyn has been my
contact and has served our family very well. I personally was very happy with everything.

This condo is beautiful. It’s much larger than it looks like in the photos. The master BR has a comfortable king bed with a beautiful view, walk in closet, great master bathroom with a huge tiled shower. The water pressure is fantastic and we never ran out of hot water. Seating for 6 plus a lounger on the patio. Fantastic views from the patio, we could see pods of dolphins, not to mention the beautiful water. There are DVD/Blu Ray players for each TV. The kitchen has most everything you could want to cook with, including an instant pot. The k-cup brewer doesn’t always work, so use the regular coffee maker. The only other negative is that the elevator takes awhile and we had to use the stairs a few times. We loved how comfortable this unit was and would definitely stay again!

We (another couple went with us) had a fantastic few days at the beach. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean, well furnished with everything you needed and a great location. We will definitely try to stay here again! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole building was well cared for and it made our stay that much more enjoyable.

This condo was as expected based on the pictures. The location is great and honestly I do not have one complaint. The beach is very nice and I appreciated having dedicated chairs every day so you didn’t have to fight a crowd for them. The pop was a little too warm for me but I guess that’s better than too cold! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Destin again.

The condo was gorgeous and even bigger than the pictures. The kitchen was fantastic and we cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal and love all of the counter space. Views were amazing, beds were very comfortable, sand was soft and white and the water was beautiful!! Loved this place!!!

We stayed in this condo for 5 days and it was absolutely perfect! The owner of the condo was great and very helpful! It's a gated community and very clean! This place is highly recommended and when we visit destin again this is definitely where we will be staying!
