Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 502 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Breakers East building.
Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, single vanity; living room- (1) queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Our family has stayed at Breakers East for over 12 years now and Unit 502 is our absolute favorite! It literally has become our home away from home. The unit is immaculate!- fully stocked kitchen, great appliances, large rooms, comfortable beds and the view is spectacular! Carolyn and her team at Your Assistant at the Beach are wonderful to work with. They are so attentive and friendly!! Hope to keep returning here year after year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly positioned on the beach in Destin. The unit was large and well laid out with beautiful views from the living room and primary bedroom with both having access to the balcony. The management team was very helpful and made the check in and check out process very easy.
We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for the perfect beach view and a beautiful condo, look no further. Access to the property was hassle-free, the condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had an amazing ocean view. I have absolutely no complaints, only rave reviews for this condo and Your Assistant on the Beach. All of the appliances worked as they should and the condo was stocked as stated in the rental details. Totally relaxing and glorious! You will not be disappointed!

Nothing special compared to other rentals we have stayed at. There was no coffee, games, and other additions that make it stand out. The floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and walked around barefooted on the floor and our feet were nasty. The elevators and grounds weren't nice, definitely not impressive. I wouldn't stay here again. Not impressed compared to others we have stayed at. The 2 positives were the location and it was by the beach.

Our family has stayed in unit 502 for the last two years and we won’t go anywhere else! The unit is pristine, the views are amazing and beach is steps away! We love it here! Carolyn and her team do an amazing job of making sure your trip goes smoothly and just go up and beyond to provide its guest with little extras, like options for early access and Walmart pickup. We love Breaker’s East and highly recommend unit 502!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was exactly like the pictures. Well kept up and clean. Has problems with the air conditioner but someone was there ASAP to fix it Very fast response to all our questions.

We absolutely LOVED Breakers East 502- the entire unit was immaculately clean and so nicely decorated! The unit had plenty of towels, extra blankets and a kitchen fully stocked for a wonderful stay. We’ve been staying at Breakers East for years and there’s no other place I’d stay. The location, beach and view is unbeatable! Very good location, close to everything. The beach is very beautiful. The heated swimming pool is also very nice.
We have vacationed at The Breakers several times. Each time the condos have been beautiful, accommodating and very clean. 502 was had everything you needed and more...well stocked kitchen,etc., very tastefully decorated and so clean. The views are beautiful, the beach service was great and everyone you encountered were so friendly...from the owners to the guests. We will absolutely keep returning to The Breakers.
