Such a great stay and room. The only thing is the elevators but they got fixed the next day so yay . Close to beach

We had a wonderful time condo was great comfortable and open. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Out trip to Destin was the first week of October. Very bsurprised that there were so many visitors! We found out that it’s fall break in several northern states so it was mostly families, very sweet families! 4 days of perfect weather, 3 days was dreary but still beautiful, watched surfers! This condo was great, it had everything that we could possibly need. Very clean and well maintained. The only issue was waiting on the one elevator that was working. I only book our Destin trips through Your Assistant at the Beach. It’s effortless & I have no worries that everything is handled properly. Looking forward to our next trip.

The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room, the view was amazing, the beach chairs were a big plus and the ocean was beautiful. The only downside was there was trouble a couple of times with the elevator which made for a longer wait time. 4.5 out a 5 for me. Great first trip to Destin!

As always, Breakers East did not disappoint! We love staying here for the last several years and love it every time. The units are spacious, well kept and stocked.

This condo was just about perfect! Large size with spacious rooms, very clean, & spectacular view. Will definitely stay here again.

We had to plan a quick trip to Destin for personal reasons. The ease to book Breakers made for one less issue and as always the location and units lived up to their billing. They treat you like family.

The condo was perfect for our trip! We love staying at Breakers East! The large floor plan of the unit makes it spacious for a family of 5, plus the amazing kitchen make it pleasant to cook all the meals. Getting fresh seafood at Destin Ice House and cooking it at home is our favorite! The pool is heated and is used by adults and kids even in November. The whole facility is well maintained and everyone is so helpful in making sure you have a wonderful stay.
We have been going to Breakers East since 2019 and stayed in many of the units. We always book with Assistant at the Beach. Each time is the same, excellent!

We feel very comfortable at Breakers East Condos and have stayed there many times. The condo is very clean, fully equipped with everything and the management service is great. Quick to respond to any problem that may come up.

The view was fantastic. We could not have gotten any closer to the beautiful beach. For the most part the property was very clean. The common areas needed some help. Paint would help. Also, what is with one elevator? Only one elevator was working the last time we stayed here.
Condo 304 needs some refreshing. It is very nice and well stocked but seemed dated furniture wise.

I’ve stayed here two years in row and I can’t think of anything negative to say. If I had to pick a favorite thing I would say the communication. That’s what’s important to me and this company has it. Speed and professionalism. Some constructive criticism would be that the Wi-Fi worked great half of the time and not so great half the time. Also the TV remotes at night we’re not fully functional.

Clean, spacious, great view, everything you need

This condo was perfect for my family. You can't beat the view.

The unit was well equipped and very clean. The view is outstanding! While this complex doesn't have some of the amenities that other's have ( hot tub, fitness room) the pool area was very nice. Only drawbacks were it seemed like one of the two elevator's was always under repair and the bed in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as we had hoped. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend. We hope to return!

My parents had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and clean. My mom was thrilled that the kitchen is so well equipped as she enjoys cooking. Very easy parking and access to the beach. Wonderful views from the balcony and primary bedroom. My parents hosted Christmas dinner and there was plenty of room for the entire family - between the dining area and large breakfast bar. Note the pool is not heated - if you have little kids and are traveling in December/January. Excellent unit - we have rebooked for later this year.

We are very satified with accommodations & the Staff we encountered were friendly, helpful & very courteous. Beach chairs & umbrella were great! Location was an easy uber ride to spots if interest. We would definitely stay again !

This was a wonderful place and location. Everything was communicated wonderfully to us. We had previously booked but had to cancel due to the pandemic. Glad we could finally get down for our stay. We will definitely be staying again sooner than later.

Great condo for a long weekend at the beach.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect for us! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen! Love having a full size washer and dryer! The unit was very clean! The pool was maintained and clean every day! We loved that the condo was not a far walk to beach! Also was very nice chairs and umbrella came with the unit!
The property was close to restaurants!

Great condo option in the heart of Destin. Smaller building which means less people crowding your view of the beach! Easy parking. Great communication with the friendly on-site and booking teams.

Wonderful condo with great views of the beach and ocean. Condo had everything we needed, was very comfortable and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Staying in March afforded us 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up each day on the beach, which was great. Condo was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this condo and we are planning to return in the future.

We decided at the last minute to head south for a quick “runaway” after seeing this condo’s availability. We have stayed at Breakers East for over 15 years but never a lower level unit. We were so pleasantly surprised! The condo was very comfortable and checked all the boxes for us. We were able to eat all our meals on the balcony which was a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess and good condition of this unit. It was very well stocked with dishes and towels. It is in a convenient location with good access to the beach.
