Breakers East #102

I highly recommend this condo, especially for families! The booking process was smooth, and the check-in instructions were detailed and extremely helpful. Carolyn was always prompt in responding to any questions I had.

The condo itself was immaculate—very modern, spacious, and offering an amazing view! The kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough dishes and cooking supplies, and I especially loved the coffee pot/K-Cup combo. The bedrooms and bathrooms were generously sized, with plenty of storage, an abundance of towels, and even hangers in every closet, which was a nice touch. The master shower was incredible!

The beds in the second bedroom were very comfortable. My husband slept great in our bed, though I found the box spring a little squeaky and noticed a slight dip on my side. That said, the bed was still comfortable overall. I also really appreciated the numerous extra blankets throughout the condo!

The living room TV was HUGE, making it great for movie nights. The internet was easy to connect to and very reliable. The balcony was spacious, though the furniture out there was a bit outdated.

The covered parking spot was a bonus—very close to both the stairs and elevators. Speaking of which, the elevators were surprisingly quick! The pool was heated for night swimming, had plenty of seating, and was overall a great amenity. Beach access was incredibly convenient, just over a footbridge with spots to store shoes and showers/hoses for rinsing off sand. The included umbrella and chair setup on the beach was a fantastic perk!

The condo is also in a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Starbucks and Chick-fil-A were right across the street, and Dunkin’ was literally next door.

One of the best things we did was pre-order our groceries. The condo staff picked them up and had everything put away before we arrived—such a nice convenience!

We continued our stay from January and spent three more weeks in February. Review is just the same as the last one. You won’t be disappointed if you stay in #102.

You can’t go wrong if you rent a condo at Breakers East. This is the third different unit we have stayed in and like the previous two it was exceptional. The kitchen was a dream and exceptionally outfitted with any dish or utensil you would need. The condo also had the biggest tv we have ever seen in a rental unit. Photos on the web site are accurate. This unit had parking under the building which was a nice perk. Having stayed here in January and February there were definitely some cool days but with the balcony facing south and looking right over the Gulf of Mexico it was great sitting out there soaking up the sun.

We booked a last minute Labor Day weekend trip to Destin and were lucky this condo was available. Great location, beautiful view of the turquoise water, property management was great, condo looks like it was just updated and furnished exceptionally well, beds are very comfortable, huge TV in the living room, and the freezer makes those big ice spheres which are perfect for a cold beverage at the beach! We could tell this is someone's vacation home and not the average rental beach condo. Can't wait to go back!

This unit has everything. Covered parking, on the first floor, includes umbrella set-up, bar with ice maker, and even ice balls in the freezer for your whiskey! It has the largest flat screen I have seen in any condo! Walk in shower for two in the master! Need I say more?

Condo 102 at the Breakers was fabulous. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and the location was perfect. We will be back!

What a fantastic condo. The renovations were beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked- only suggestion I would make is to have some more wine glasses-perhaps a bit larger than the very tiny ones provided. The ice maker was such a plus and the cocktail ice amazing. We loved the openness of the condo. Loved all the amenities and location. I did share with Erica that our condo was very clean- my only complaint was there was dog hair everywhere. We had to vacuum the condo ourselves. Thankyou again- we will be back

The condo is beautiful. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. The huge TV is amazing! The kitchen is gorgeous with up to date appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are remodeled with lots of storage space. We loved the ice maker and bar. That was a bonus! We give it a 5 star rating! We can't wait to return next year! The management company is outstanding and very professional. The electricity went out in the area and she kept us updated until it was restored. She always goes above and beyond to make the vacation perfect!

My whole family loveddddd this unit. My kids would not want to leave, they felt like they are at home.

We had a great peaceful break and location is right direct to the beach. Recommended for family has small kids.

Loved this property. Room was very nice, clean, well kept and spacious. Had everything we needed. Having the Walmart order already in the condo before we got there is a must!! Covered parking that came with room 102 was nice! Great location. Was probably less than 8 miles for everything we wanted to do. I would say 85% was less than 3. Great customer service. Really enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend staying here. Will for sure be back!

Good location.
Appliances extremely old. If you are planning to cook your meals, that’s not for you. Sofa looks like was found in a dumpster, unit smells old.

Breakers East was a wonderful experience. The unit we were in was beautiful and very well decorated and clean. We would definitely request it again.

We had a family vacation and this condo was so inviting and convenient! The views were absolutely breath taking! Our extended family made our condo the central hub to hang out because everyone loved it!

Everything you need to have a relaxing stay with family and friends. Everything very conveniently located. Would definitely book again!
