We had a great time

The condo was clean, organized, had kitchen ware, ample room to for everyone to have some soace from each other. Beds were quite comfortable!! Rare in a rental. Ample towels for bath and beach. Loved the included beach set up! Excellent view, great pool, central location. One minor suggestion, toss the warped and old pans,buy two different sized non stick pans and that is all one needs to cook indoors. We will be back next year!

This was our 4th year at Breakers East 105, we’ve already made our reservation for next year for the same condominium...Girls Trip #5.

This is a comfortable and clean place to vacation and the decor is very pretty. The kitchen is well stocked with every type of cookware, utensil, small appliance as well as dish-ware anyone could possibly need.

Erica Manley, our contact manager was very efficient and courteous in responding back if we had a question. We would definitely recommend Breakers East to friends and family.

We finished up our winter getaway! We were very at home in this beautiful condo. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is very nice and the location is perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. Our only issue were the carpets in the bedrooms, but management took care of it immediately. Cannot say enough good things about the management team. Very quick to address the smallest of issues. Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved everything about my vacation to Florida! The condo was clean and had all the necessities, absolutely amazing location, loved the easy access to the beach and the swimming pool for when we didn’t feel like getting sandy! Thank you!!!

Efficient. Pickle ball courts a plus. Great Gulf and beach view and yes right on beach, private access, heated pool, huge outside deck. Nicely decorated, no need for any kitchen ware. All appliances. We really enjoyed this place and want it again.

We enjoyed a great vacation in Destin thanks in great part to our rental unit at Breakers East and to Carolyn and her team at “Your Assistant at the Beach”. Everything about the rental unit was exceptional: Well-appointed and furnished, very comfortable, and considerately equipped with everything we expected. The team’s communications with us in advance were thorough and considerate, and they were very responsive to any questions we had once we arrived. Most appreciated was the fantastic view of the beach and gulf from our balcony which flowed from both the family room and the main bedroom. Being right on the beach is always the best way to have a beach vacation! We heartily recommend Breakers East and the “Your Assistant at the Beach” Team to anyone considering a beach vacation in the Destin area. Exceptionally done!

The master shower had great pressure the beach chair set up was so nice it was already there in the morning with our name on it and they took it back down in the evening and it being included was even better .. the host was prompt to any questions we had and view was awesome the beach was tight outside our back door parking right under our room was a great convenience also . It was a great stay I have already booked for next yr!!

Breakers East was good time with great parking and on the beach.

The condo was so perfect for us! Carolyn was awesome, from the initial text on our search for a place to stay in Destin to our departure back home.

This is a beautiful spacious condo. The beds and couch were very comfortable. Management was very attentive and responded quickly. 1st floor with easy beach access.

Much nicer experience than a hotel. The master suite is great, and we loved the very convenient beach access.

The Condo was amazing!! It was located right in the middle of everything! It was very nicely decorated and very clean!! The staff were also very helpful!! I will def be going back!

It's a nice place to stay. We love it! It was clean nice an has everything you need. The location is good! you have restaurant, banks, groceries store, etc., around the place.

Carolyn and her team are outstanding to work with. We stayed in unit 105 an couldn’t be more pleased. It is beautiful and extremely clean.

We love staying in Destin and this condo did not disappoint! It was beautifully laid out and decorated as well as had everything we needed in our home away from home!
