Breakers East 1202

Very nice condo. The nicest we have stayed at. And we have stayed at quite a few. Very nicely furnished and very clean and up to date. 5 stars for sure.

My family has been going to Destin every summer since 1975. For decades we stayed at Silver Dunes but after much discussion, we decided to change and move to Breaker's East. There were various reasons that helped us come to this decision, but mainly because you get more for your money. We loved our week in Destin this year, with beautiful weather and amazing water. This was our first year to stay with YAATB company and in this particular condo. We love YAATB because the customer service is amazing and so easy to work with. We will continue to book with them for the coming future.

Gorgeous place! Clean, amazing view, any and every cooking utensil you can imagine! Close to great restaurants and bars. Will be back asap!

We have stayed at Breakers East building a few times now, 1202 was the best condo we have stayed in. The condo was updated and very clean. Amazing views and very nice overall. Not having to worry about small things in the condo made for a stress free stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a spacious condo with nice amenities including beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella)

Unit 1202 is beautifully decorated and comfortable. This was our fourth time staying at the Breakers East and the best unit we've stayed. Everything was great, the elevators in the building are being replaced and we're looking forward to returning next year. We really appreciated the comfortable furniture on the balcony and the beach towels that were provided.

It was very nice. The owner responded immediately when I had any questions. The condo was just as described ! This was my families second year in this building but different condo, the only problems we had were move in day. There was only one of the two elevators working in the building , which was out of the condo owners control. Overall I would recommend this condo to anyone !!

We absolutely loved this location, the condo itself was perfect for our family! The chair is an umbrella being set up for us everyday was incredible and super helpful! I would definitely book this one again!

This is our 5th stay with “ Your Assistant at the Beach “, they make it easy! My now wife and I got married on this trip. Already booked again for September.

This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! Not only is it in a great location with amazing views, the unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable. They pay attention to detail! The beds were cozy, there is an extra ice machine in the unit to fill up coolers, and we had all the essentials we needed! The views are breathtaking and we dolphin watched from the balcony everyday. I really can't say enough good things about it. The owner was responsive and helpful too! 10/10 recommend!

We had a great vacation! Our condo was clean and was able to relax. We had 2 toddlers with us and we’re able to fit our pack n play in the second bedroom with no issues. There was a problem with the dishwasher but it seemed as tho it was just installed and were working out the installation kinks. Would stay here again!

I love staying at Breakers East, have stayed two years in a row at 1202. Always so clean and a great place for a awesome vacation. It is so cool staying on the 12th floor the view is amazing!!!!

I thought the condo was really nice. It was very spacious. The resort itself was clean and private. I think the only minor critique I would make is the slider in the master bath gets stuck sometimes, and the right side of the master bed, though very soft, you almost fall off when you lay on it. My wife and I slept sideways the last 2 nights. The kitchen was great, but the kitchen sinks water pressure is low.

We had almost a GREAT experience with our condo. The refrigerator had a real strong order of shrimp that the house keepers should have caught. We purchased some vinegar and baking soda and cleaned the inside and after a day it was much better. We found out the dryer wasn't working after the second day. Reported it. The maintenance man was very helpful. He could not fix it and asked the property owner for permission to replace it. After a couple of days, it was replaced. Over all we had a real good experience with our stay. Hope this is helpful. Don Sharp

My best friend and I met in Destin for vacation. Staying in this condo made our vacation perfect! Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise with coffee, in the evening watching the sunset. The beds were comfortable, the couch and outdoor seating was comfortable. We will definitely be back in the fall!

An amazing 'work from anywhere' or vacation space. Spacious, tastefully furnished, PRIVATE balcony that is great to work from [even in your bathing suit ;)] and sunbathe privately where no one can see you. Beach is just a few feet away, and the management office replies within minutes. Zero complaints! Had everything I could have dreamt of.

Me and my husband had an awesome time, Breakers is great to stay at. Everything was great. Loved staying here on vacation.

The condo was perfect in every way...beautiful!! Carolyn & her staff, as well as, the beach service were very accommoding. Everyone we saw at Breakers East were very nice. It was a very relaxing & wonderful trip..just wasn't long enough. We will definitely be back & use Assistant at the Beach again.

Overall, my family and I had a great experience at the Breakers East....except at check out, but that was due to a pretty bad storm that rolled through and the elevators were shut down all morning and into the afternoon. If we didn't have a schedule to keep, it would have been no big deal, but having to make 6 trips with luggage down 12 flights of stairs in the pitch black stairwells was exhausting. Check out time was extended so it likely would not have been an issue....just an inconvenience had we been able to wait it out. The room itself was furnished very well, but the floors felt pretty dirty. The ice maker was a big hit though and got some good use. Overall, I would have given 5 stars except for the issues with the elevator as the Maint Staff had no clue what was going on and seemed a little dumfounded about what was going on. Again though, it was a really bad storm, so I'd be willing to stay there again as the location and overall property is great.

What an amazing place. Second time staying in 1202. Love this unit, beautiful view. We had six days of awesome weather, 80 degrees in November! Breakers East is the place to stay in Destin. Top quality all around. Great experience.

This is a great old building. Concrete, solid and quiet. Large, spacious with a great full-length balcony view if the water. Very Nice Balcony furniture. Top floor means no one dragging chairs above. No carpeting means easy cleaning. This unit was well stocked with towels and cook ware. It was clean and well decorated. It had great bedding and comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms are small but well designed. Both have nice tall toilets and large showers. Very few of the units in this building are this nice.

My family and I came here for a break from winter between Christmas and New Year. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we were looking for during this time of year.

Breakers East has been our favorite get-a-way for the past 6 Years. Location and service are excellent!

Wonderful experience, the condo had everything we need outstanding view, easy access to beach, great restaurants close by, Uber/Lyft quickly accessed. Can’t say more, Destin far and exceeded our expectations, so relaxing on the patio 12th floor. Loved it all thank you

Had plenty of room for all 8 of us and loved that the condo was not a huge high rise and the elevator was quick and not crowded compared to other condos we have stayed in. The ice machine was a huge benefit and easy to pack a cooler for the day. Can't beat the oceanfront property and the beautiful views from the balcony.
