Breakers East 1103

This is our 2nd time staying at Breakers East and everytime we are blow away! We will for sure be back!

The rental was very clean, well stocked, spacious, and had wonderful views. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Destin. Breaker's East never disappoints but 1103 was my favorite so far. We had several people and it didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were super comfy, too.

We found Breakers East about 4 years ago and continue to seek out Breakers East (units managed by Your Assistant at the Beach) for our Destin Vacations. We have always walked into a clean ,well stocked , home away from home place to relax.
This week was our 2nd time to stay in unit 1103. It is beautiful and the accommodations are a vacationers dream. The beautiful view from the balcony, as well as spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a great kitchen!
Unfortunately this week, we left early (our choice) due to Hurricane Helene’s expected pattern of arrival. Even with this unexpected issue, the Management team was most helpful in our early departure.
We know that we always are in good hands when our vacations are planned with Your Assistant at the Beach.

Everything was great, especially the master shower!! However, the mattresses in the master and the one bedroom with 2 beds need updated. Everything else was well appointed and beautiful!

Erica, Brandon and Shawn are wonderful to work with.
They address any issue immediately and friendly.

We stayed in room 1103. It was absolutely beautiful so clean the pool. The beach area was perfect. The room was prefect, Couldn’t ask for or anything to be any better we enjoyed it so much thank you again, Carolyn

We had a great stay at Breakers East. The place was spacious, annd clean! The managing service was very very helpful. I would definitely return in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was amazing! The condo set up and appearance was stunningly beautiful! It was sooo roomy and spacious. Most of it all it was **** and span clean! If there was one flaw, I would say it’s the fact that the hot water went out after 2-3 people took showers. We made it work. We will definitely stay in the near future. possibly yearly! Great first experience in Destin!

Our family vacations here very often and Erica is extremely kind and professional regardless of how many times we reach out with questions. The units are beautiful, clean, pictures are true to reality, and the unobstructed views of the beach are breathless.

Nothing short of amazing. This is our 2nd stay at the breakers 1103 and it was everything and more! The condo is immaculate, the beach view is breathtaking, the visitors and residents are lovely. We chose 1103 because it fits our needs for a family of 4 + two grandparents. The kitchen is well stoked with supplies and the condo is cozy. I can’t say enough about this fantastic vacation condo

Fabulous time! The condo was decorated nicely and very clean! It was stocked with every appliance and item one would need. The view was spectacular. This is our second year staying at this building and would definitely stay there again!

Room was stunning; updated and plenty of space for family of 5! LOVED the view from the living room and master bedroom. Great location and easy walking to restaurants.

This was the best Christmas ever. The place was clean and very roomy for me and my family.

The condo was amazing and just what we needed for our girls trip. Everyone at your assistant at the beach was kind and helpful throughout the booking process. Erica went above and beyond to answer all my questions. We utilized the grocery pickup service and it was so helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

This condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and in a wonderful location! It is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and most of all the beach! The manager is quick to respond and is very attentive. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Once again, we were extremely pleased with the condo at Breakers East ! The remodeling was beautiful. We had a 3 bedroom condo and the third bedroom is a little small, but overall it was great.

Parallel to none, the breakers East condominium was excellent and awesome and beautiful and EVERYTHING! 1103 was gorgeous, clean, well equipped and our home away from home during our destin beach vacation

This condo is such a dream spot! It’s spacious, has gorgeous views and the staff are incredibly nice at all times!

We had 9 people on our trip and the room was magnificent. There was plenty of space for everyone and the balcony was the perfect evening spot. We will definitely be back.

BE 1103 was beautifully decorated and felt like home. The decor is very warm and open.

The Condo was beautifully remodeled, super clean, was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and a perfect location steps from the beach. This was our first experience using Vrbo and renting a condo (we stayed in hotels in the past) and it was a top-notch experience and great service! Excellent communication, with all info and codes provided for a seamless check in and check out. Would highly recommend this condo and this rental service!

Our experience was wonderful in this comfortable condo with the magnificent view. We stayed two weeks in the heart of Destin. Furniture and beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything needed and place was clean. Management company was responsive to one small problem. Lounger on balcony needed to be replaced. One quick email and a new lounger was delivered quickly. Highly recommend this property!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great condominium located on the beach. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, clean and organized. 1103 located on 11th floor has perfect view of the ocean. We enjoyed the private beach. The location is close to many restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at Breakers East. It is clean and in a good location. I liked that my condo included a covered parking and beach chairs for my entire stay! My only complaint is about the elevators. They are very hot (no ventilation) and there is only one set. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our first family vacation. The amenities were excellent, and the close proximity to the white sands was greatly appreciated. We will be back!

Very very nice condo! Beautifully decorated and loved the full kitchen and laundry room. Lovely view, parking in the reserved spot was sometimes tricky as it’s do near the door, people often are standing behind your car getting their items loaded onto the wheeled carts. Loved the included beach service. Easy and convenient check in process. Loved that it’s all codes! No keys to track down or drop off. Highly recommend❤️

Very clean and nice! Beautiful view! We were quite surprised that there was not any condiments especially salt and pepper! Other then that our stay was wonderful!

Everything was Great about this property. Clean all the appliances you need, beach chairs, and fortunately we happen to be there a beautiful sunny week. Close to many good restaurants and attractions.

It was a great way to spend time with our adult children during the holidays! Would come back here again!

We loved this place,we enjoyed staying here for time coming to Destin and definitely coming back again.We loved the seaview and the balcony is big also the poool its very clean.I recommend staying in here when you come to Destin Breakers East.

We stay in 1103 every year and absolutely love it. Breakers East is one of the most convenient places to visit because you are close to the beach and close to several eating places. The 11th floor has a great view of the Gulf and makes the stay even better. We will be back!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. The house was spotless and very spacious. Excellent for large family. The view was incredible. Probably this was the best location and the beach access property in Destin. The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the owner provided enough of extra blankets and pillows. Absolutely great experience.

Our stay was great! We even got to check-in early since we arrived 3 hours before check-in time! The owner was very accommodating and there were even beach chairs in the laundry room that were available to us to use instead of having to rent chairs! Very spacious and awesome balcony!

Caroline Bobbitt is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Exceptionally professional. The condo is in an exceptionally convenient location. It is well appointed with amenities. The access to the beach is one of the most convenient I have ever seen in a condominium setup.

From beginning until end, the entire rental experience was fantastic. The owner was quick, responsive and very nice. The property was clean and had amazing views and great beach access. I highly recommend this location.

Myself and 6 of my grade school girlfriends had a wonderful time and greatly appreciate how easy and wonderful our vacation rental was!

We had a very restful and beautiful experience. We had all our needs met with this condo...kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, grounds were very clean and secure, plenty of linens. Our view of the ocean and meals on the balcony every day was all fantastic! Will be returning!

Great condo in a great location. Perfect for two of us on a workcation. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had no maintenance issues. Weather only allowed one day on the beach but appreciated the beach set up. Convenient to restaurants/grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Love the location but unit was a not the greatest. Not a single chair in LR that was comfortable to sit in Hardest bed in MBR and sheets didn't fit so wrinkled all time Musty smell on arrival no Kleenex in MBath Quality of paper goods bad Quality Overall was not as expected but it was a nice place and we enjoyed the stay but agreed that we would look for a different unit for another visit.

As a busy working mother, the once yearly family vacation is always an undertaking to plan. This year however, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to book and stay at BE1103. I loved that I didn't have to visit a management office to check-in. Everything completed online with security codes and instructions outlined in detail. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed watching dozens of dolphins swim by from the 11th floor balcony. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only hiccup to our stay was the power went out on the last day, but we called the manager and they had the power company and fire department out within 15 minutes. It was a building-wide issue, not specific to the condo unit. The pool was nice and warm even on cool evenings and the property was planting to maintain the dunes. We were very pleased and would return again.

Great location and fabulous balcony area. The only negatives were this condo is in an older building and even though the condo is one of the cleanest I have stayed in, there is an overwhelming musty odor that is bothersome. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk. If you don’t have a sensitive nose, I would definitely recommend this condo.

Each year we stay at Breakers East and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's always clean and is convenient to everything in Destin.

Wonderful views from the private balcony.

We had a great time at Breakers East. The unit was clean and comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was wonderful. The condo had everything you could need. The only bad things I can say is the master bath sink drain needs to be cleaned, a little slow draining. And on check out day the elevators were very hard to get as every one is trying to use them.

Awesome Condo! We couldn’t ask for a better location on the beach and a nicer place to stay. We will definitely rent this location again. You are steps from the ocean.

The place has everything one would need and more.... not to forget the beautiful views!!!

Great Condo in a great location.

Ever since booking with the Assistant at the Beach our rental was always very clean. This time it was not. We always try to use wipes to just disinfect the kitchen and bathrooms. This time they were actually dirty. I don't know if the cleaning company has been changed or what happened this time. We did ask for early check in and our Assistant was very accommodating as always. We couldn't book with a better person so I hesitated writing anything at all. But I'm sure they would want to know. Actually, there was a bad odor which could have been the carpeting that looked like it needed replacing. It was not a remodeled unit which we were aware of and that was not the problem It needed more cleaning. The bedding was very clean and that was very important. Other than that, what a wonderful location and we will be back in May to a different unit.
